Reiki Classes:

Usui Reiki First Degree (Shoden), second degree (okuden), advanced and master/teacher (shinpiden)

In this training program, you will learn every level of Reiki in a small group for quality hands on training, become attuned to the universal energy of Reiki, and receive your certificate for each level of completion in Usui Reiki. We’ll explore the history of Usui Reiki and how it came to America. You’ll learn the Reiki principles in Japanese and practice using Reiki for healing yourself and others. Training manual provided. Private Guided Meditation session

My personalized approach to an active, guided meditation will help you open the door to your innder wisdom. Expand your mindfulness. Work through emotional or spiritual obstacles. Discounts available for military personnel, cancer patients and students. Starting at $40 for 60 minutes.

Meditate & Paint group class (2 hours)

Give your mind, body, and soul a retreat as you connect with your higher self and reach ultimate relaxation. In a group setting, we’ll walk through a guided meditation. You will be given the tools to paint or draw your visions—perhaps revealing answers you are seeking! $25 per person.

Reiki SHARES:

ALL level reiki practitioners are invited to join in our monthly reiki share sessions

Groups are limited to 8 participants to keep sessions small and meaningful. Each participant will give Reiki to fellow Reiki practitioners and receive one session from Reiki practitioners. This is a great opportunity for you to receive healing, balancing and revitalize your energy! It is an opportunity for new Reiki practitioners to practice your skills and meet other Practitioners whom you may learn from and/or share your experiences and insight. Sessions are usually 1/2 hour each. This offer is only $11 for Reiki practitioners. All tables are provided. Every Wednesday 5-6:30pm and additional dates throughout the month!
